The Maxwell make is indeclinably associated with an American vaudevillian Jack Benny (1894-1974) which used his 1916 Maxwell until his death.
The actor appeared with the car through years in numerous movies and events. Although Benny's Maxwell was a bit beaten-up, the ride was still operable.
Then the car was parked for years in the Universal Studios garage. Some years ago the car was bought and restored by a Californian car collector. The car is on display in California Automotive Museum, Sacramento.
