Ten samochód zagrał w filmie filmie "Rozbójnicy" z 1969 roku. Fabuła została oparta na powieści Williama Faulknera pod tym samym tytułem nagrodzonej Pulitzerem w 1962 roku. Główną rolę zagrał tam Steve McQueen. Filmowy winton został przygotowany przez znanego kustomizera Von Dutcha. Dla ścisłości nie jest to replika, lecz mocno przebudowany winton. Po ukończeniu zdjęć do filmu aktor odkupił wintona, którego trzymał do swojej śmierci w 1980 roku. Później samochód został odkupiony przez pana Petersena, który stworzył sławne muzeum motoryzacyjne. Samochód jest na stałej ekspozycji w Petersen Museum w Los Angeles w stanie Kalifornia.

   This is a purpose-built car which featured in the 1969 movie "The Reivers". The movie was based on the William Faulkner's Pulitzer Prize-winning 1962 novel under the same title. Steve McQueen was starring in the movie. The film car was constructed and built by the known kustomizer Von Dutch. To be exact this is not a replica but a deeply tuned Winton. After completion of the movie the actor took the car in his possession and retained her until his death in 1980. Later the car was bought by Mr. Petersen. The ride is on display in the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles, California.
